Cancellation Policy
+ DEPOSITS: Booking an appointment requires your card information and nonrefundable deposit (ranges based on service booked) to secure your appointment at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at the end of the service.
+ PAYMENTS: Exact cash, Zelle, or Apple Cash preferred for final balance due on the day of. Credit cards accepted with 3.5% transaction fee. Paypal invoices are only sent for memberships/retail pre-orders — transaction fee applies.
+ LATE FEES: Late arrivals after the 10 minute grace period without notice may incur a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes, we may forfeit the deposit and reschedule. Service times will not be extended or discounted for a late arrival.
+ RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. If notified at least 24 hours, deposit is transferable for up to ONE new appt. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation may result in forfeited deposit. No call no shows will incur a 50% service charge.
