Cancellation Policy
+ DEPOSITS: Booking an appointment requires your card information and $25 nonrefundable deposit to secure your lash or facial appointment at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at the end of the service.
+ LATE FEES: Late arrivals after the 10 minute grace period may incur a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes, I will not be able to accommodate you and we must reschedule a new appointment requiring a new deposit. Service times will not be extended or refunded for a late arrival.
+ RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. The nonrefundable deposit is transferable for up to ONE reschedule if completed within that timeframe. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit and no-shows will incur a 50% service charge.
